From the main living room, tall glass sliding doors open onto the expansive terrace where stunning, uninterrupted views across Laguna Bay, the North Shore and the Hinterland beyond await you – You’ll will see some of Mother Nature’s most magnificent Sunsets from here ~ perfectly set up for entertaining, the terrace has a bbq , spa bath and teak outdoor furniture. A remote controlled awning allows you to control the sun.

The third bedroom with ensuite, laundry and kitchen are all on the first level. There is also a study/ensuite with internet access in case you need to stay connected.
